Shopping Instructions
Once in the Online Catalog, select a category that best fits
the product you are looking for or you may browse the categories to find out what products
we carry. After clicking on a category, you will be presented with a screen containing
sub-categories (in green) and short descriptions of individual products as well as their
prices. To learn more about a product or to order a product, click on it and you will be
presented with a more detailed description. From there, you will also be able to enter a
qty for any products in the same sub-category and add them to your shopping cart. After your
cart contains all the items you would like to purchase, you can (from the shopping cart) click
the check-out button. Now you will be asked for your shipping address (cannot be a PO box),
phone number, and e-mail address. Please note that at this time, we are not accepting any
international orders over the internet. To order by phone, call our toll free 1-800 number
(listed at the bottom of this page). After completing this form, click Next. If you ordered
any items that require personalization (i.e. checks, post-its), you will be asked for that
information at this point. Next you will see an order summary, complete with taxes, shipping
costs. If you would like a hard copy of your order detail, print this screen. It is important
that you print the screen BEFORE filling out your credit card information. Scroll down to the
bottom of the screen after reviewing/printing your order, and enter your payment method, credit
card number, and expiration date. After completing the form, click the Submit Order button.
Once you press this button, you commit the order and processing will begin. You will be given
an order number for tracking purposes.
